Scott Taylor
Scott has extensive metropolitan, metropolitan fringe, and rural planning experience. He spent a number of years in charge of one the busiest growth area Council Planning Departments in Australia . He has also been a Regional Manager (Planning) for the State Government in rural Victoria amongst a number of other senior appointments. He has extensive experience in most areas of planning including planning applications, VCAT advocacy, planning scheme amendments, Precinct Structure Planning, major development proposals of all kinds (waste facilities, mining, poultry farms, airport development, major industrial and commercial development), rural planning, metropolitan planning and growth area planning.
Sonja Schroder
Sonja Schroder (B Arch Cape Town University, South Africa) is an architect and urban designer who has worked in South Africa, UK, Germany and Australia. She has also worked extensively in both the public and private sector. Sonja has worked with Urbiplan for almost 20 years, applying her knowledge as an architect to site specific, aspect specific and sustainable and effective building design and urban design principles.
